The rules that apply to Datlivo's file, document, image and video tools, accounts, AI features, and Paddle billing.

Effective August 14, 2026Version 1.0

Scope

These documents apply to the Datlivo website and its data analysis, comparison, cleanup and conversion tools; document editors; image and video tools; projects; accounts; AI features; and paid services.

More specific terms shown in a feature, checkout, third-party service, or separate agreement also apply to that transaction. Mandatory law offering stronger protection takes priority.

How Datlivo processes work

  • Some media editing runs in the browser. Files are not sent to Datlivo when the feature expressly says processing is local.
  • Server-based analysis, conversion, project storage, and AI generation may transmit selected files and inputs to Datlivo or disclosed processors.
  • Google sign-in and Paddle billing operate under the providers' own interfaces and policies.
  • Review each feature's upload scope, credit cost, retention notice, and the final checkout summary before use.

Interpretation and changes

These policies are based on Korean law and Datlivo's actual service operation. Where a translation conflicts with the Korean version, the Korean version controls to the extent permitted by mandatory law.

Material changes are announced through the service or registered email before they take effect, and separate consent is requested where required.
