1. Purpose and contract documents
These Terms govern Datlivo's free features, Google-authenticated accounts, file processing, project storage, AI generation, credits, subscriptions, payments, and support.
The Privacy Policy, Billing & Refund Policy, feature notices, and Paddle checkout terms form part of the agreement. Mandatory law, the applicable Paddle order summary, the Billing & Refund Policy, then these Terms apply in that order if they conflict.
2. Accounts and security
- You must have legal capacity and use a Google account you are authorized to control.
- Do not transfer accounts or use another person's account, organization, or payment method without permission.
- If compromise is suspected, secure the Google account and notify the official support channel.
- Datlivo may require verification, rate-limit, or temporarily restrict suspicious logins, automation, payment fraud, or security threats.
3. Files, projects, and AI
Feature pages specify supported formats, size limits, browser or server processing, and output types. Back up important originals and verify outputs before relying on them.
You must have lawful rights to process uploaded files, prompts, reference images, and project content. Do not submit unnecessary sensitive data. AI outputs may vary and are not guaranteed to be accurate, original, non-infringing, or suitable for a particular result.
4. Credits, subscriptions, and paid products
Certain AI features consume the credits shown before execution. Credit amounts, use, and scope follow the pricing page and checkout description.
Premium may renew monthly or annually until canceled. Currency, tax, discount, billing cycle, and total price in Paddle checkout control. Business plans follow any separate signed quote or agreement.
5. Prohibited use
- Illegal, infringing, deceptive, discriminatory, or unauthorized processing of personal or confidential data
- Malware, vulnerability exploitation, authentication bypass, excessive load, or manipulation of results, credits, or billing state
- Unauthorized reverse engineering, bulk copying, resale, or infringement of Datlivo or third-party rights
- Automation intended to evade usage limits or security controls
6. Intellectual property and user content
PKL Labs and its licensors retain rights in Datlivo's software, interfaces, marks, and content. You retain rights in your content and permit processing only as needed to provide, store, transform, secure, and support the service.
You may export and use lawfully generated results, subject to third-party copyright, trademark, publicity, confidentiality, and other applicable rights.
7. Restrictions, termination, and data
Datlivo may proportionately restrict service for violations, failed payment, unlawful use, security risk, or valid legal requests. Correctable issues normally receive notice, while urgent security, fraud, or legal risks may be handled first.
Projects can be deleted in the workspace, and signed-in users can schedule account and personal-data deletion on the Delete Account page. Deletion completes after seven days and can be cancelled by signing in again before then. Account deletion does not cancel Paddle subscriptions, so cancel renewable subscriptions in the customer portal first.
8. Liability, governing law, and changes
Datlivo is provided with reasonable technical care but is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted, error-free, compatible with every file or browser, or to produce accurate AI output or business results. Liability that cannot lawfully be limited remains unaffected.
Korean law governs these Terms. Ordinary changes are generally announced 7 days in advance and materially adverse changes 30 days in advance, with the change, reason, and effective date.
